Fairly clean place, staff was amicable. The rooms were clean and warm as for me, with a panoramic view of the city-very beautiful. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was plenty of food to choose from. The setting was convenient, just off a railway and Concepcion for work. Also, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from Lewes Priory Park...

This hotel has a great central location near the business district and restaurants, making it convenient for dining options like Shanaz.

The hotel had a central setting to the nearby large city park. And it was at a walking distance from Caccia & Tails, ate there couple of times.

This place is conveniently located just a short walk from the central area, making it perfect for work. the staff were incredibly helpful and professional, and they did a great job keeping everything clean. 👍.

I recently stayed for 2 nights at this exceptionally comfortable hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. the staff was excellent and very hospitable. My room had comfortable beds, a safe, central heating, and a convenient work desk. Its central location was perfect, just 4-6 minutes' walk from St Michael's Church. the breakfast offered a sensational variety of options, making it quite satisfying.

Clean place, looks like they've just opened up shop. the staff are pros, very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is top-notch and the rest of the food is pretty good too. the prices are reasonable and it's got a great restaurant. 🍳

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Cleanliness, and Convenient Transportation

The location was perfect for me as it was walking distance to the downtown, the nearby large city park, and also easily accessible through public transportation. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. the hotel was very clean with excellent facilities, including ample parking.

I cannot find any fault with this hotel. It provided me with a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this city.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and green hills nearby. It was also conveniently close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with professionalism, helpfulness, and a friendly attitude.

The only small issue we encountered was that the bathroom was a bit small and lacked certain amenities, such as a place to hang hand towels or tissues. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, great to have a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Concepcion.
